
I arrived in Colorado Springs
in early March 2006. During my search for a
home,
I visited
about
40 houses. I Finally decided on one, and during the
closing I met Mike Mohr. He was the Realtor
for the owner of the home I was about to purchase. He seemed
very knowledgeable - I could tell he
was working hard for his client.
We hit it off right away. My realtor (non-Encompas)
had suggested a financial company to assist me with mortgage
paperwork for the home. During the closing there were several

my firstt thought

After the closing,

the purchase of my home. Mike picked up the tab for lunch

Realtor didn't even offer to!) For someone who I just
met, to go out his way to help me, said a lot about this individual.
If I buy or sell a home, I would
