I arrived in Colorado Springs in early March 2006. During my search for a home, I visited about 40 houses. I Finally decided on one, and during the
closing I met Mike Mohr. He was the Realtor for the owner of the home I was about to purchase. He seemed very knowledgeable - I could tell he was working hard for his client.

We hit it off right away. My realtor (non-Encompas) had suggested a financial company to assist me with mortgage paperwork for the home. During the closing there were several problems with the paperwork. I had traveled from Louisiana for the closing, and had asked if there was anything else I needed before I got to the closing. My Realtor and financial company said I was good to go.

There were some items came up with the paperwork and finances. My Realtor said nothing. During a break, Mr. Mohr Mike said that he noticed some things on my paperwork that I should be aware of. He pointed these items out, and as a resulted I saved about $700.

Because he wasn't even my realtor, my firstt thought was "This guy would do anything to help out a client or a military member."

After the closing, Mr. Mohr, myself and my realtor went to lunch to celebrate the purchase of my home. Mike picked up the tab for lunch (my Realtor didn't even offer to!) For someone who I just met, to go out his way to help me, said a lot about this individual.
